We are looking for a Branch Manager who loves forming connections with their staff and clients. You will act as a core piece in both our administrative and sales teams, working to:
• Lead and recruit a team of likeminded individuals to staff a variety of positions within our Victoria branch
• Participate in an after hours phone program to ensure high quality customer service
• Manage the consistent application of current corporate strategies and objectives, ensuring Sinclair Supply is represented to all customers, vendors, suppliers, and networks in a way that improves our market presence and representation
• Provide customers with quotations (bids), follow up on open bids/large project quotations, and provide feedback to Regional Branch Manager on progress of bids
• Direct all activities for branch including purchasing, administration, human resources, and safety training
• Coordinate and participate in vendor training sessions for customers
• Assist (RBM) with the development of clear organizational plans, long and short-term Sales/Margin goals, and implementation of key performance indicators (KPI’s) for the Branch.
