Account Application

Download the Account Application form, fill it out and return it to Sinclair Supply Ltd. by email or fax.

To receive access to our WebStore, check the appropriate box on the application form. As soon as you’re approved for a Sinclair Supply Credit Account, you will receive an email confirming your account is approved, plus a user name and temporary password so that you can log in to the Webstore. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be prompted to change your password.

* PLEASE NOTE – when entering your User Name and Password, please type in ALL CAPITALS for the system to acknowledge them.
